This was my first visit to Opal Healthcare but Michaela Klose has been my Healthcare provider for over 5 years. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and was warmly greeted by the office staff. That normally doesn't happen at the large medical practices. The office and facility was very comfortable and nice.
Michaela is thorough, informative, and takes the time to know her patients. It has taken years to find someone who I trust with my healthcare. I highly recommend Opal Healthcare and Wellness

I had my first visit with Michaela on their 2nd day of operations at the new location. Though things might have been hectic from start-up problems and internet problem, etc she was totally composed and in no rush to finish my exam, taking longer with me than any doctor I have ever vosited.
Provider Michaela gave me the most thorough examination and physical I have had in my 66 year life. It was quite refreshing to have a provide who was personable and treated me as a person and gave me credit for living in my own body, talking to me as a person, not like an embecilic lab rat like so many condescending aleopaths I have previously encountered that cut you off mid-sentence.
I saw her a second time a few weeks later at a time I thought would have been inconvenient for her. Though I thought I had a purely superficial condition she methodically examined me and took a detailed account of symptoms, their severity and timing. Though she could have accepted my assurances this was just another incidence of a recurring problem she took the time to dig into my case and alerted me to the fact that it could indeed be a problem with severe consequences.
During this second visit she also took the time to review my previous visit and ernestly addressed my long list of questions. I really felt like a burden but she insisted on resolving all issues, and did so kindly.
Michaela Klose is the most thorough, dedicated medical practitioner I have ever encountered. Furthermore, unlike many MDs I have encountered that consider the Merck the one and only Holy Grail of medicince, she is receptive to holistic modalities and knows that not all healing must come from the pharmacist.
I will be her patient as long as she will have me.
