I have to say, from the initial phone call to make my appointment to the appointment and thereafter, the staff at Opal was 100% professional and the BEST Healthcare experience I have had in over 20 years. I Love the Professionalism of Michaela, but also her down to earth Real person effect. She truly made me feel like an actual human being and not an appointment time slot occupant. I haven’t felt that from any doctor or healthcare professional ever. I wish All Healthcare professionals could be just as caring and attentive. YOU are a TRUE ROCKSTAR!!!

I’ve had mostly bad experiences with doctors since moving on from my childhood doctor, but the OPAL team has provided the best treatment & care I could ask for. They’ve fit me in and gotten me taken care of everytime I needed, even when I wasn’t a patient with them yet! From high quality customer service to taking time to listen to my health concerns, I’ve felt truly taken care of and highly recommend them to my friends, family and anyone else looking for a truly good Doctor’s office.

Christiane is, hands down, the best provider I have ever had. She’s thorough, kind, and really gets to know her patients. She genuinely cares about her patients health and is very easy to talk to. Her office is beautiful and inviting, the staff is amazing, and there is even a patient portal which enables direct access to lab results and messaging (super convenient and easy). I can’t say enough good things about Opal Health and Wellness. If you’re looking for quality care, this is it.

Warm, interested, and caring! Patient, not condescending, and listens very well! I appreciate the time she spent with me and I have faith in her knowledge! She and her nurse Karla are a great team !
